GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Folding chairs are available for hire on site.
A variety of drinks and food are available on site.
During peak periods, mobile network coverage may be disrupted or saturated. We also advise you to bring cash.
Free parking is available for all visitors. Independent of our organization, these car parks are neither lit nor supervised. The organizers decline all responsibility in the event of loss, accident, theft or damage to vehicles.
For safety and mobility reasons, pushchairs will be refused entry. Given the uneven layout of the site and the nature of the event (concert and night-time walk through the illuminated ruins):
- The presence of children under the age of 10 is strictly forbidden.
- We strongly advise against wheelchairs.
- Pets are strictly forbidden.
It is forbidden to bring cameras, recorders, food, drinks, seats, dangerous objects, pets, pushchairs or other children's vehicles onto the site. Access may be refused at any time.
Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Taxes and VAT are included. They are valid only for the date indicated, except in the event of postponement.
The organizers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or accidents. The organizers reserve the right to alter the program and timetable without compensation. In the event of rain, the event will take place.
In the event of force majeure (war, national mourning, extreme weather conditions, etc.), the event may be postponed. In the event of postponement, tickets will not be refunded but will remain valid.
Tickets will not be replaced or refunded in the event of loss.
Any counterfeit will be prosecuted.
WEATHER INSURANCE CONDITIONS
Conditions of application
Weather insurance is activated and valid only if the following conditions are met:

You have weather insurance taken out on our booking platform.

You were present at the Nuit des Chœurs 2025 event on 29 or 30 August 2025. Your ticket has been duly scanned and validated.

There was intermittent or continuous precipitation for at least 2 hours 30 minutes during the Nuit des Chœurs 2025 event (between 18:00 and 00:00).

The conditions will be duly validated by a sworn body.
Please note!
* This insurance is only available for 1500 tickets. Only the first 1500 purchasers will benefit.
* Your free ticket for La Nuit des Chœurs 2026 will be sent to you automatically within 3 months of the Nuit des Chœurs 2025 event.
This free ticket will be programmed on the same day as Nuit des Chœurs 2025 (Friday or Saturday or in Flex status).
* The insurance in no way alters the general terms and conditions of sale of admission tickets or the general terms and conditions of the event (which can be consulted on the official Nuit des Chœurs website).
* In the event of cancellation of the Nuit des Chœurs event for reasons of force majeure (national mourning, war, etc.), the general conditions relating to the purchase of Nuit des Chœurs tickets remain valid.
* If the weather insurance is activated, a specific protocol will be sent to you to enable you to obtain your tickets for the Nuit des Chœurs 2026.
* In all cases, tickets will not be returned or refunded.
* If you have purchased PREMIUM and VIP tickets, this weather insurance is valid, but please note that you will only be offered a standard ticket for the 2026 edition of the Nuit des Chœurs for each ticket purchased.
