SHOW-WALK
A UNIQUE CONCEPT
The Night of Choirs is the perfect symbiosis of music and enchantment at 360°. The majestic ruins and gardens of the abbey provide a particularly impressive backdrop for the vocal ensembles invited for the occasion. What's more, the Night of Choirs is the only concert-promenade organized in the ruins which, as well as making full use of the site, puts the whole of this fabulous architectural jewel in the spotlight. The Night of Choirs illuminates the entire ruins of the abbey and the surrounding greenery.

Six internationally renowned vocal ensembles, each with their own distinct musical style, compete for talent in the four corners of the abbey. Performing in the most remarkable places on the historic site, the artists rehearse their 20-minute concerts throughout the evening. The timing of the concerts means that spectators can discover the various vocal ensembles at their own pace, around a bend in the wall or under the centuries-old vaults of a crypt, while taking advantage of the rest and refreshment areas.
At the end of the evening, all the artists come together on the main stage for a moving climax enhanced by a prestigious fireworks display.

IN THE HEART OF THE RUINS OF VILLERS ABBEY
Located in the heart of Walloon Brabant, the Cistercian Abbey of Villers-la-Ville is the ideal site for hosting an event of this quality. The many gardens, remains and columns offer so many picturesque and charming angles. An ideal backdrop for the choirs to express themselves to the full.
Villers Abbey is part of our country's exceptional heritage. But its ruins are more than just an 800-year-old historical memory. They bear witness to a very special kind of poetry.

Through this spectacle, the ruins are suddenly brought back to life. The wounds of the past are erased for a few magical moments. It's also an opportunity to highlight the long-term efforts that have gone into restoring the most fragile parts of the abbey since 1984.

Each of these concerts is set against a unique heritage backdrop, the illumination of which is one of the highlights of this concept.
11.45PM: FINAL CLIMAX AND FIREWORKS
The six vocal groups who have brought the evening to life come together on the main stage for a final concert. More than 100 singers will bring the show to a close with a spectacular 180° fireworks display.
