This is the must for this Night of the Choirs. Discover the ‘VIP Village’ and its gardens in front of the main stage.
Comprising several covered reception/tasting areas, terraces and a lounge bar, the VIP Village opens its doors to you for a chic and privileged welcome.
Enjoy champagne cocktails, savoury and sweet snacks, hot and cold snacks, while taking in the various concerts.
The village's main terrace offers a splendid view of the show and the estate.
Please note that the number of places per evening is limited.
Course of the evening :
6.00pm : From 6 pm, after leaving your vehicle in the VIP car park, you will be met at the VIP entrance where the hostesses will take you to the welcome village and guide you to your reception area. From here, you can either attend the first concerts given by the various vocal groups, or head to the VIP lounges in the village where an aperitif awaits you. You can come and go as you please, enjoying the recitals and the incomparable atmosphere of the estate at the same time. Champagne and zakouskis are served continuously in the marquee.
8.30pm : Opening of the buffet dinner
The buffet dinner, featuring 35 gastronomic specialities, is now open. On the menu are refined hot and cold tastings to be enjoyed without moderation. Champagne, fine wines, special beers, spirits and soft drinks are served as you wish.
10.30pm : Opening of the sweet buffet
The dessert buffet opens. Around fifteen desserts are available for your tasting pleasure.
11.45pm : Final concert and fireworks display
Guests in the VIP Village will be informed of the imminent final show, which will take place right in front of their terrace. The doors to the VIP lounges remain open if you do not wish to attend.
The terrace
A fully equipped terrace. This terrace offers a strategic view of the abbey ruins and the main stage. Among other things, it allows you to take full advantage of the apotheosis.
The patio
This covered reception area allows you to sample the buffet of 35 hot and cold specialities, in principle ‘walking dinner’. Several gourmet stalls followed by a dessert buffet are available to you without moderation. The bar offers unlimited champagne, wine, beer, special beers, spirits and soft drinks.
The private box
From 100 guests upwards, a private area can be made available to you. Your company can arrange it as it sees fit. This lodge, like a meeting point where your guests come together, is entirely dedicated to you.

Nuit des Chœurs is an open-air event that makes every effort to ensure a memorable experience, even in the event of capricious weather. That's why the Nuit des Chœurs event always takes place, whatever the weather.
Villers-la-Ville Abbey offers a wealth of protected spaces. The concert stages are covered.
Despite this, if you are reluctant to book your tickets for weather reasons, we can offer you a guarantee: weather insurance
In practical terms,
the principle is simple: if there is intermittent or continuous rainfall on the day you come to the Nuit des Chœurs 2025 event (between 6.00 pm and midnight), we will give you your free admission ticket for the Nuit des Chœurs 2026 edition.
The price of weather insurance is €12 (incl. VAT) per pass up to and including 14 June.
From 1 July, weather insurance will cost €15 (incl. VAT) per ticket.
